Most people don't like feeling the v word. No I

Most people don't like feeling the v word. No I don't mean vulgar, voluptuous, or vindictive. Well maybe the last one. The word that I say to you on this sitting day is vulnerable. What does it mean to be vulnerable? Is it showing weakness and waiting for the attack to happen? Is it something deeper? Be willong to know your strengths and weaknesses and willing to accept whatever comes you way regardless of another person's behavior and outcome of the behavior. To fully expose oneself to another person is always frightening as flute, yet after doing so you may learn more about yourself and the other person. True story. That has been sounding deep and insightful with language with attempting to not sound like a feel good Matt Foley speaker aka Stuart smiley. Thank you for your time that you can never get back.:slightly_smiling_face:
