So I workout for my mental health it keeps my anxiety managed better and keeps away depression. I also work out to show myself I can do it and I'm strong and getting healthier. But lately I've lost my motivation to workout. Anyone have any tips or tricks or good ideas to get my motivation back?

Start journaling, hit a meeting find a support group
I've been going to virtual meetings, I journal every day, and I live in a small town so no support groups, especially non religious ones.
You have a team on here with support groups. Online zoom meetings create one. You can do this find a home group tons of zoom meetings good luck
