Glad you are here. I have found that a good way to meet new people is to volunteer. Look at your local resources, see what opportunities are out there. I have found kindred people through volunteering. Also wouldn’t hurt to investigate local AA meetings so you can find a local support system. Good luck!:four_leaf_clover:
