Music ๐ŸŽถ what kind of music inspires you?

Do you have enough love in your heart
To go and get your hands dirty?
It isn't that much, but it's a good start
So go and get your hands dirty
Do you love your neighbor?
Is it in your nature?
Do you love a sunset?
Aren't you fed up yet?
Do you have enough love in your heart
To go and get your hands dirty?

I sent you a friend request :slightly_smiling_face: The whole music scene can be all party but it can be just the opposite to where the music is the heart n grace that overcomes and "nothing else matters" :notes:

Iโ€™m definitely moved by music. My entire mood can be influenced by the genre. I literally turned down the tunes and turned up the sobriety podcasts in early sobriety. My mood was all over the place and my mood would swing wildly from song to song. My wife prefers heavy metal. I find myself getting angry when she plays it in the car.

That makes sense. Heavy metal is loud chaotic and hey I love a good Metallica song every once in awhile but when we are already feeling so erratic in our emotions, chill music or upbeat music is best. I can listen to Tom petty, Neil young, then put on some of my favorite alternative songs now but there are songs I can no longer listen to bc they affect me emotionally. I need to check out sober podcasts!

Funk music for sure, or any that gets me moving. I especially love running and working out to funk music.
