My 12 step sponsor relapsed and I’m feeling a bit lost. She was the only person I knew in recovery

Are you going to meetings? I’m sure someone there would sponsor you.

Do you have a list of ph numbers? I went to a womens mtg and came out of there with 15 women's numbers

Hailey, I experienced a very similar situation early in my sobriety.
I had to go to AA meetings and find another sponsor. I looked for a sponsor with solid & happy sobriety. I found several and stayed the course. 14+ years of sobriety and I know you can do this too.

I totally agree with the other comments :two_hearts: go to a meeting, raise your hand and share - I go to a ladies meeting every week and there’s always sponsors there who are willing to help!!! Prayers for you

Get to know more people at the meetings. Get lots of phone numbers.
