my addiction started of as a issue i had with my life that i found drugs to mask the problem and take me to another universe. then any little problem i had wether it be a stubbed my toe to my father getting cancer. I say that to say this. for once in my life it feels good to cry about things that i get upset about and actually be able to get through a low part of my life. 10 years i masked any issue i had with crack heroin s3x the gym steroids. Staying sober for me is too have a balanced day only go to the gym once work time ,with myfamilyiop aa meetings. everyone needs balance
