My anxiety has been horrible.
I take medication (anti depressants and anti anxiety) but it is not cutting it.
I eat well, exercise daily, try to get the right amount of sleep (but the stress of life and the terrifying feeling of anxiety) often keeps me up.
I wanted to speak with my psychiatrist, but he's on vacation -for a month!
I hate feeling on edge, out of my body, like I'm breaking apart into a million pieces.
I used to drink to make these feels go away. I don't want to drink, but I don't want to feel this way.
This just feels too hard.

Hang in there! Bert, carrots, cucumber and celery juice. Not only helps me clean my body but it also takes the edge off cravings.
Try Soulbriety by Elisa Hallerman. I found it in from my public library audio book collection.

How your are feeling is completely valid.i hope you also give credit, grace and compassion to yourself. you are making it through day by day or even step by step but you are moving forward. What do you do for self care?
