Same with me. Sometimes I kinda expect a craving and I don't crave. But out of the blue I'll get one and it catches me off guard.

Right?! I've been getting cravings in good happy times, like to celebrate something. I used to only really crave when I was bored or upset but never when I'm happy...
Mine are mostly when I'm feeling pain or thinking about the past

Me too but this good mood craving came out of nowhere....freaked me out that I can be happy and still crave
