My Dog Popcorn died last night. I’m grateful I’m not gonna drink over it.

Sorry man. That's the worst feeling...losing a pup can be devastating.
I hope the memory of Popcorn will be a cherished blessing.
It's a hard test but I'll bet you can get through it.

Thank you Guys. She was old and she went easy. Natural. I can tell you that my God is supernatural. She was sick for a couple weeks. Last night when I hit my knees, I prayed God take my Dog if it’s your will.

Im good Brother thanx, I know of a man who drank because of this. I think if my old dog passing made me do that I would have to have underlying reservations. Bless the Lord I don’t.

It’s funny because when I got married my Wife never had dogs growing up and I “turned “ her. I’ve had em my whole life. I heard her say yesterday “I’m not opposed to another dog but I’m not going to go looking for one”. This is rational to me. We both think just not right now.
My dog Piper died a few months ago. It was so hard to bury her but I did it sober too. So sorry you lost Popcorn

Zion that’s so cool. We have a family auto shop and we’ve always had dogs. A couple hooked up and she was in the litter. My Son was 5 and I asked him to name the dog, and he said “It’s either Popcorn or Tushi” I thought which name would i rather yell out my back door. lol.
