You got this. Can you get to a meeting? Do you have a big book? Alcoholics Anonymous is your next option. Treatment center would be ideal then AA. Find your higher power. Ask your higher power for guidance. Turn your will and life over to the care of your higher power.
It’s worked for me. I still battle the my headspace but I have tools to stop it in its tracks. The program of AA and treatment has given me these gifts.
