I have concluded weekend #4 with zero alcohol consumption.
And I actually got to socialize with friends and be around drinking (risky, which I knew going in and left myself the bandwidth to bail if needed). I'm coming up on the one month mark and support proud of myself.

Yes it was a risky move, but I like that u called it on urself…. Also that u made plans b4 going, that if u needed to get out, u had a way to bail!! I heard in a meeting once to drive myself so I could get out if💩was abt to go down & bring phone #’s so I could call someone to talk to b4 I picked up!!! Good Luck🍀 & stick w/ what ur doing cuz it’s obviously working!!c

Please don't take this the wrong way
For me personally the risk is not worth the reward at the moment. I commend you but please be careful, that is how I started back drinking with 18 months clean. Please be careful.
