My Gratitude Today

I'm grateful for...
My sobriety, prayer, my therapist and the work I'm about to begin with her, full moon yin yoga class yesterday, allowing myself to celebrate my progress since the new moon, getting to start HISET exams today, meeting last night, knowing when to just listen, healthy boundaries, and for the calm/stillness that has come over me recently.

Intention for the Day...
To be mindful of the give and take that exists in my friendships today- to make sure I'm giving and not just taking.
