I'm grateful for my pants that I've had for 17 years and they were made so well that I still have them. thank you for my pants and many other things and I'm so meditating for our world that is at war and very sad for people in the middle of it and may they get out of it soon and for all the poor in the African countries, what do I have to complain about... absolutely nothing and all the other starving countries that I'm too ignorant to name. May I go learn more again today... Off and running NOT TOO BUSY... JUST PRODUCTIVE... THANK YOU POSITIVE FREQUENCY... Thank you for my spirit parents. I miss you EVER SO.

This is under recovery cuz being thankful is what keeps me sober so I don't mess it up because being thankful in drinking means disrespect for me personally

stop talking about yourself and the gratefulness to realize that it's always me me me. KNOCK IT OFF!!
