Today is pay day and its so hard qith the stess from my job it seems that whenever youre trying to stay clean and sober life hits you hard like your job and thats my worst part of my recovery. I dont want to use or drink . I think about the headaches afterward so its hard not to use when i have stress from my job.
Diane, breathe slowly and calm down. It’s all going to be okay. Drinking and or drugging will only prolong the misery.
