My local recovery center has decided to start naming 2 “Recovery Rockstars” in the new coming year, every month. Just to highlight those in the local recovery community who are present for events and help out with volunteering and a good role model to those around them. To say I am absolutely honored to be chosen as one of the first is an understatement. I’m not used to being recognized for accomplishments, being an addict will do that to you. Just over 5 months sober and I honestly can’t wait to see what 2024 holds for me. Happy New Year Loosid community
