My mental health is all over the place right now. I was hospitalized for 3 days just got home a few hours ago. All I can think about is drinking. Keep telling myself one min,one hour,and one day at a time. Please say a prayer for me I really need words of wisdom right now

I hope you're doing better. When you have the urge to drink do something else you enjoy instead.

Do have any numbers of others in the program or a sponsor?
If not, google the AA hotline and they will talk you down off the ledge.
•Get yourself to an in person AA meeting asap.
•Ask for help. Get a temporary sponsor.
•Begin reading the 164 pages of the BB.
•Listen to the Joe & Charlie tapes on Utube.
•Try getting online tonight and do a couple of Zoom AA meetings.
WE must get into the 12 steps with a sponsor as soon as possible. Take it one day at a time.

Pray pray and pray ask Yah for peace and strength and believe what you for and it will come to pass. I already prayed for you, I know Yah gave me his strength to overcome. Hope this helps!

I'm doing a lot better I talked with several people that morning I was trying to call throughout the night. Thanks so much for y'all support it truly means a lot
Is it pain? My go-to excuse is pain. Social anxiety and psychosis are a factor as well. Whatever reason you have that makes drinking make sense needs to be treated. Take care of yourself.
I'm on mental health meds and they took a few days to kick in. I was proud to say I didn't drink though
