You are right where you should be brother if you are in a detox. Take a breath. Get down on your knees in the morning and ask for the obsession to drink or drug be relieved just for today. Good luck. Last time I was in treatment I put my phone away until I did my nightly check in with my kids. Take this time to unplug. Let your body get healthy. The mind will follow.
