and almost everyday is so happy. I realized a while back that being sober brings clarity to thinking 
. What else I have noticed is that my overall mood is so happy. Yes, I have battled and still do, bouts of depression. However, the overall mood is happy and even in the depths of depression I wake up grateful. I know this is only possible because of being sober. Gosh! I remember when....the days were sloshy all day and only looked foward to getting the day done so I could drink. Nowadays, I wake up with a grateful heart and look forward to seeing others and doing my work 
!
I am so grateful that yesterday is over. When I say it was chaos. I mean CHAOS! DOGS were everywhere: suites, crates, cat room condos, lobby....they were everywhere! Drop offs, interviews, phones ringing, credit card issues, pictures to be sent, rain, barking...you name it..it happened. On top of that one of the kennel techs was horrible. Rude, mean, short, contrite. To me, to the owner's, to the KT in training, to the Kennel Lead...Horrible! All. DAY. I was so ready to leave. She works the desk during the week some.....and hovered over me like I didn't know what I was doing. I was so frustrated with her slamming doors, cursing, and just being a complete ar$e. Today. I am grateful today for TODAY is the day my 2 favorite KTs work. Whooo whooooo! Happy dance. The resort is still full for the most part. 7 dogs went home and 9 came in. The difference today will be ATTITUDE! TODAY will be a PAWSative day! Lol
I am grateful for Ms Anne. I will be going to see her at 6 tonight for hugs. She had to rehome her Dashaund. Not happy. Not my choice, and she is sad. She has some health issues that she thinks prevent her from having such a young pup. I just hate it all around. Hugs, regardless.
I am grateful for today being one day closer to the double nickles day for me. I am looking forward to celebrating with self care
