My name is Peter Derziotis and I’m 17 days clean off a relapse and I just recently moved to Parker Colorado. I’m looking for a sponsor and am in desperate need of one I have had over a year clean before and I worked the AA program. I was recently told by 3 different people that I should not go to AA because I don’t have anything to offer nor do I have anything to gain from the AA community because I’m an addict. I’m not gonna lie that basically discouraged me from going to any meetings so i guess I’m asking for anybody to help me please.I’m not sure if anyone will/can but I’m willing to do whatever it takes for my sobriety
