My recovery journey is, as with most others, a rollercoaster ride from he**. My current battle at hand is dealing with the loneliness. Im in a relationship but outside of that I have no one. I had to distance myself from former friends because they actively use and I am not confident that I could refrain if I allow myself to be around it. I know i need to make new friends but that has never come easy for me.

Are you going to meetings? Fellowship is a great way to have a community
Walking away from people you care about is one thing. Living with the mess afterward is another. Iām really glad you re sharing. I worked sad add friends here and start a check in with each other daily
