Grateful for my sober body. Rode 4.2 miles on my bike today. That's. .2 miles further than the last time. Set myself a goal of increasing by .2 miles each day until I'm up to 8 miles each day. Grateful for that, that I can set goals and actually stick to them. Grateful to be alive so I can exercise. Nothing makes you feel more alive than getting your heart pumping, your body moving, and putting your mind at ease by focusing on the movement.
