So I had my first urge today since being at a rehab. 21 days is not bad. I followed my relapse, prevention plan perfectly. I called all my support and let everyone know what was going on. I got callbacks from six people. I also talked to my therapist as an emergency appointment. I hope everyone is doing well and I’ll talk to you all later still sober.
