I have used it. I never noticed any tiredness.

Really? Oy. Might be a result of mixing with my other meds? I’m on Wellbutrin which made me slightly drowsy and then they told me take naltrexone at night because they work together for like appetite suppressant and cravings among other things.

But i get super tired like half an hour to an hour after I take it and then for most of the day i never feel like i can get enough rest

That's my problem man. I don't feel stuff like other folks. At least some other filks.

Well in this specific situation I would count yourself lucky

I’ve been binge eating like crazy and the doc and my prescriber are concerned about my lipids, so they prescribed Wellbutrin so i dont have to keep going up on the Zoloft, and Wellbutrin+Naltrexone work together as an appetite/craving suppressant.

And we’re all different, and react to medications different, and feel things differently. I had a friend tell me at 28 years old that this is the first time in his life that he felt like he had feelings/compassion/empathy. It was hard to believe until he started explaining himself.

Different is simply what we all are, it is neither good nor bad. And dont give up on the mental health medication route. Addiction is a chemical imbalance. And drinking can further affect that chemical imbalance. Finding the right medication takes time, patience, and consistency. You’ll get where you need to go, so long as you keep finding one foot in front of the other.
