Need help. Brain wont stop and battling depression.

I battled depression before finding this app and doing my gratitudes each day. What troubles you?
magnesium && melatonin have helped my mood && sleep, which in turn aids a little w my depression. it’s minimal, but noticeable. establishing a normal routine is a game changer for me as well. && i like to watch or listen to something i’ve never seen or heard before if my mind is overactive - if the company of others is unavailable. idk. sorry if this was too wordy, but hope it helps
