Currently trying to quit nicotine cold turkey, any thoughts?

Took me 6 years of quitting but i did it... it's different you really just got to not smoke it's not like quitting drinking if you don't smoke you quit smoking

It took me a long time to Quit but I did it cold turkey too and it was all mental and God. I really had to tell myself I am not going to do it anymore and God just gave me the strength to not do it and he supported me every craving through prayer and step of the way
