Hey all, my therapist says i should graduate in June. But I dont feel ready. Its like she picked a random date and said, well, youve been in therapy long enough so there ya go!. Like shes shoving the baby bird out of the nest but the baby bird doesnt even have wings yet. Im still struggling with alcohol and other issues with my husband. Just need some people to talk to. Anyone?

I get it! I'm in IOP and living in sober living and I'm going to be graduating from IOP at the end of this month and I'm scared to So your not alone.
