Needing a little bit of help to get me productive

recently I have been dealt a hand that really test your faith and hope that things will be okay if I keep doing what I'm suppose to. recently my car was stolen and my phone, wallet, and my means to be able to provide for myself have all been taken from me and without being able to ask for the help I need to get some of the things back I need to start working again I've been catching myself in a very hopeless mindset. I doubt there's much anyone can do because hey we're all struggling in some way or another and I understand that which is why I really haven't tried something like this before but I'm just needing some help with being able to get my phone back on, maybe some help with a cheap car. willing to work or do anything I am currently able to under these terrible circumstances. if anyone has any type of help, services, or anything that can continue to help me In a positive way please reach out.

Wow! That's tough.
First of all, things are not hopeless. You're sober now. You could still be falling off the bar stool so to speak everyday of your life but you're not.

Look up "Drivetime" online. They are in your area and they will finance you even if you have bad credit. There are used car dealerships that will finance you even if you have bad credit as long as you can prove that you have a job.

I've never had a car stolen, but I have lost my wallet. I've learned a lot and changed up the way I do things since that event.

I don't carry my wallet in my pocket.
I don't carry money in my wallet. I've used a money clip for years.
I never leave my wallet in my car when I'm going to be out of it.

If I ever go into a store with my wallet and I need to set my wallet down, the only place I said it is in my pocket. I never set it down anywhere because I have come close to forgetting it. Actually I have forgot it. Luckily for me there are still some honest people in the world.

The only thing that I have to offer you is my life experience. You're probably feeling like you would like to pull the covers over your head and pretend none of this is happening. I get that.

I can tell you that if you seek solutions, this too shall pass, and it will make you stronger than you are now, and it will become part of your story.

If you had any credit cards or debit cards in your wallet, I hope by now that you have turned them off.

Congratulations on not drinking over this too!
