When my mind started filling up with doubts and going down negative paths.
I sometimes noticed it and took a few deep breaths.
Then I would ask:
What if it does work out?
I am scared it may not, but what if it does?
Manifesting is programing your brain to get what it wants.
Similar in ways that your social media algorhythm tracks what you watch and shows you more of it.
Your brain is wired to help you.
Your brain pays attention to what you are saying and hearing.
So do not focus on negative.
Instead focus on positive and your brain will rewire you to get you what you want.
It sounded weird to me at first, but it works.
The more you do something, the easier it gets overtime. Also, the more likely you are to do more of that same thing going forward.
In early recovery I had more time than I knew what to do with some days. I realized almost everything I had been doing may not have been good for me or those around me. I opened up to to try different and new things that worked for others.
