Hello Ali, you just took the first step. You admitted you have a problem. I'll assume Alcohol is the problem. Get yourself into a program. It doesn't matter which one as long as you're comfortable in it. AA, Smart Recovery, Women for Sobriety, The Luckiest Club, Sober Mom Squad.
Get educated on alcoholism. Read Alcohol Explained by William Porter it's easy to read and understand what Alcohol does to keep you addicted. Gillian Tietz has a website/ podcast. She is a recovering alcoholic with a wealth of information.
Next get right with God and prayer it really does help. You can and will do this. Reach out anytime. Prayers always :pray::sunflower:

AA, supportive friends, one day at a time

Reach out to people. Ask questions. Listen…. And mostly the will to want to get sober and healthy.

AA meetings are great, especially if you can find a women's meeting! Building a sober network of friends.

U can do AA, but sometimes people don't like the NA or AA route. I have an amazing program thru brighter Heights that helps me so much I can text my counselor or my recovery coach they don't judge and they r a great support they r a medicated assisted facility.....honestly the biggest part to getting sober is finding something that works for u and have a support team...also I am a registered recovery coach so if u need someone to vent to or need resources plz feel free to reach out

Very happy for you! Not sure what you are struggling with, but my NA meetings and working the steps have worked the best for me. I am also in outpatient rehab, but I get a lot more out of the NA fellowship.

Welcome! You have a great network here. I’m going to add you as a friend if you ever want to talk.

I personally like the C.A. meetings it's all inclusive no matter what drug of choice you had/have all are welcome without any questions or any judgement

Hey friend! Welcome :pray:t5: this app literally saved my life in hard times when I first came back from a slip and now I’m proud to say I’m almost to a year of continuous sobriety. There are so many tools on this app to help you stay connected and occupied with recovery. This platform is more than just a sober app it’s a sober foundation and corner stone to a lot of peoples sobriety. If your in 12 step program try hitting up a meeting, getting a sponsor and reaching out to fellows to start making connections. I’ve already made lots of friends on here, and hope you get to do the same. If your struggling to stay clean and sober please take one day at a time and have a little compassion for yourself. You already made the 1st step by coming on here!
Sending much love
