Anything is worth a try when it comes to sobriety. As long as you don’t drink

I noticed that you're in San Jose and there is a bunch of meetings with real positive supportive people in recovery. Would you like some information on the meetings or phone numbers to some helpful women in the program to talk to?

Hello

Trying to figure out how serious you are about your sobriety

That feeling of wanting to escape can be so overwhelming, I’ve definitely been there a time or two. There are a lot of people here who can offer insight, support, and understanding. you don’t have to get through it all at once — just focus on this moment. You will be ok.

I just joined it too. The short meditations are cool. I like the stress buster one so far. Also exploring this section and responding to some people who want support is really helping me sharpen my recovery tools.

Oh and meetings, zoom or in person, highly suggest. Just search AA or NA or whatever fellowship in your area, or meeting guide app is awesome if you go to AA
