Today I'm grateful that I'm getting thru the hard times of depression/anxiety without picking up. It can be hard to get past your thoughts and so when I'm able to I'm grateful. Being inside my head is like being in a bad neighborhood but I'm learning that thoughts are just that thoughts and I don't have to stay there which I'm extremely grateful for. I know it sounds like I'm repeating myself but I'm proud for making it another day.
