Today I attended my first ACA* meeting. Really opened my eyes to something’s and I’m surprised by how much it helped me. Goes to show that it’s beneficial to always keep an open mind and try many things in the journey to achieve and retain sobriety.

Sorry for the delay in my response. Everyone, I was talking to the people in ACA and they suggest that you don’t just jump in if you’re new to or freshly returning to recovery. I am only 60 days sober and I must concur that ACA was very intense for me, but I definitely see it being extremely beneficial in my situation as I was adopted and sec
