It depends like a bunch of other things in the world on what effort i put in. This is a part of what I do to stay sober, not the only thing. I have to be of action in a recovery program, help others, pray & meditate, be of service, participate in this app (maybe a bit much for some) and do other things that keep me sober kne day at a time (I have a few 24 hours).
I don't have a magic bullet.
