New here. Dont drink a lot but want to cut it out 100%. My issue is lonliness although married, and general life frustrations. Im old, 58, no one cares about old people. I drink to numb. I could use a friend and some help.

Thanks. Feeling sorry for myself lately. You are correct, Iā€™m actually a pretty upbeat person with a lot going on. Alcohol is lying to me today
