New here double widowed second wife died of suicide and last wife died of overdose. And I just got out of hospital for 3 months car fire burnt me 17 percent and took my service dog. Struggling to even talk to people but being sober is getting easier. Baby steps.

Levi, I can't imagine the pain and challenges you've been through. It takes immense strength to keep moving forward, especially after such heartbreaking losses and the traumatic incident with the car fire. It's okay to take things one step at a time, and I'm glad to hear that being sober is becoming more manageable for you. Remember, healing is a process, and it's okay to take baby steps. Your resilience is truly inspiring.
On my path, I believe that everything happens for a reason. My blessings are that I never have to know the reason why. It’s my form of faith the peaceful reward of spirituality.
Best thing you can do is reach out and talk to people go to the meeting early and stay after the meeting and talk to people get a sponsor work the 12 steps and you will have a better life no matter what
