Congratulations! I hope that you join a fellowship as soon as possible. I have rehab experience in the past and should have ran to a 12 step meeting as soon as I could upon release. I thought that I would take a break and then I was good, but my addiction was doing push-ups while I was in rehab and it smacked me hard right away. Please protect your hard won sobriety. Sorry for the unsolicited advice, but I sure wouldn’t want someone else to go through what I did. Good luck my friend!
Thank you! I'm still involved at my treatment facility doing support groups, I'm going to touch base with a 12 step NA group I went to years ago in Mason City, I know that Thursday was a night that they met.
