The hardest part is hitting reset and being honest about it, and you already crossed that bridge. Give yourself some grace. just stay focused.

You got this! For me I had to get comfortable being uncomfortable and that’s where the true growth comes from. Take it day by day if you have to. Know your boundaries, know your worth and surround yourself with people who support you.
