I’m sorry. That is tough. Lost my dad at 19 and all Hollidays are different. Can’t tell you what you should do but popping in here often and being apart of something bigger than yourself may help. Also is likely a lot of us will relate as this is many of our stories as well.
My mom died dec 1st of cancer. I'm gonna do what she would want me to do, go fishing and no matter what, not start killing myself again. She is at complete rest now.
