New here. Weekends seem to be my enemy as they used to be when I went out the most. Trying to stay focused and out of my own head.

Try to focus on today only as you know you can do 1 day.Try not to focus on the weekend but if you find you keep thinking about the weekend then maybe you need to go to a meeting or the gym.Take a walk or listen to your favorite music.Anything to stop your mind from racing.I f you need to reach out to someone who is in the recovery program. Those are a few pointers. I hope that helps .Have faith and prey for the strength to stay on track.Remember to think about what you have to be grateful for and how the old patterns will affect what you've accomplished already.Stay strong
