Hey there! Just downloaded and have been exploring this app, seems great. I have been sober since July 27th and just got out of a 30 day rehab program this week. Looking forward to meeting new people and continuing this sober journey!

Here's another great app Katie.
Sooner or later you will have a desire to pick up again. When you do, play the scene all the way forward. What happens if you pick up a drink or drug?
The relief you feel will be very short lived and when it's over with you will have more guilt to carry around because you will have learned that you accomplished absolutely nothing. And then you'll have to start all over again.
It's called, believing the LIE;
That this time, everything will be okay. But it never is, is it?
I've heard it said that it's 10 mi into the woods and 10 Mi back out. Alcoholics Anonymous saved my life. I simply did what was suggested. I got myself a sponsor who took me through the 12 steps and I can tell you today, I have nothing to cry about.
Sobriety is a great way of life!

Awesome and welcome to the drunk club. Great thing is we aren’t drunk anymore. White chip is changing my life one day, one minute and a lot of emotions I didn’t know I had. Good luck and if you need anything don’t hesitate to ask for help or just someone to chat with.
