I'm thankful for recently graduating my Partial Hospitalization Program and moving onto IOP. 30 days sober on Christmas!

IOP will be easy. Just stay away from your triggers!

Thanks! I've got a really good initial impression of it so far. There's even somebody that was inpatient with me in my group, so that helps having someone I know.

That’s wonderful I did IOP then they offered Early Recovery Group after that. I still attend. Need all that support daily.
