I just attended my first zoom meeting. I’m 226 days off benzodiazepines and 76 days off alcohol.
On the 26th of the month I am having surgery and I’m kinda afraid of taking any pain killers. I don’t want to get hooked on anything new.
Anyways, the meeting talked about how to deal with this situation. I got some good tips.
