Yes mee too! And yes, hard af! But it seems to be not an issue at all anymore with me! Sure there are times I think about it but thinking about it doesn’t necessarily make me want to pick up again. I didn’t even tell my sons I had quit until prob right at a year because they had heard all that bs their whole lives growing up! And even then I had to have someone they trust to vouch for me, lol. My life is so much more stress free! Drinking is hard Fu***ng hard work!
