Hi Sam, where are you in recovery? Are you hitting meetings? What's going on? Hard to encourage without knowing your story, at least the short form.

Don’t do it my best advice is keep fighting and don’t give up your one day turned to one month so keep it going it’s not worth it I am here for you

The message I heard yesterday in group, don't pick up that first one, go for a walk find a sober friend to talk to, read the stories in the Big Book, get living sober...just for today!!!!
