Welcome! You are among people who is just as crazy as you are 
when I first started I had to go to a meeting every day. I had to listen more and talk less. Eventually a guy came to me and said hi my name is so and so and I'm going to be your sponsor. He showed me the rest of the way the program works. find a local meeting that you can go to every day. I would pay attention to a section called the promises. The promises became my expectations for life.
