New to this app and really want to start my journey off with the right support system. How can I find a sponsor?
The way I did it was listened in meetings to people who had years of sobriety, who frequently show up to meetings, and have sincerity in their words. Find someone who you believe will keep you accountable and honest.

In person meetings. You will just know. It’s a gut feeling on who to ask for help. If you don’t have it yet download the app “meeting guide” it tells you where all the local meetings are to you. Good luck!
