New to this community and really happy to be here. I’m just over 60 days into this journey and the pink clouds are officially gone haha. Going to meetings daily but just feeling isolated and a bit rudderless. Any suggestions or just a hello are welcome. Excited to connect!

Hi James, I’m newly sober also. I’ve made a list of stuff I’ve always wanted to do. Then explore and research. Also routines help a lot. For example, on my off days I start with an early walk with my dog, a meeting, lunch, laundry, groceries, evening walk with my dog and evening meetings. Also, I’m a cooker here so make a healthy new dinner dish once a week.

Thanks so much Michael I appreciate that insight. I didn’t even think of a list of things I’ve always wanted to do, that’s a really good idea. And something to work towards as well. And routine - I’ve always been awful at it haha. But I need it! This has given me some good inspiration I really appreciate it
