Eat well. Rest well. Drink water. Take care of yourself. I didn’t think I deserved that at first (still question it), but it will make any symptoms you’re experiencing less awful.

Hotlines to get help of things that are bothering you and need attention ASAP. Recovery forum were you can ask questions, post comments and share your story of sobriety. It’s a wonderful way to tell others how you got here, what your doing about your problem and where you are now.
There’s 12 new podcasts that are packed with experience, strength and hope from people in the sobriety community. I recommend listening to them. Good source of information. Next you’ll hear about AA, Alcoholics Anonymous or Smart recovery, or Recovery Dharma and a few others. These meetings or groups are outside meetings/programs we all can attend and seek help from other like minded people just like us.
This may seem like a lot and overwhelming, you’ve taken the first step. The next step is to get more information on what it is you want to do about your problem. Ask questions. Hit up a AA meeting. Hangout with other sober people.
