New year's resolutions are a great way to reset and re-evaluate your goals for the new year. Especially being able to look back on previous goals and seeing what you have accomplished and what you still want to work towards. This is a great way to help with recovery and keep you on track with your own personal goals.
I find that writing down my personal new year’s resolutions and goals for the new year helps me keep a better track of them and helps keep myself accountable for what I want to achieve.
There are also many other ways to approach the new year. Reflecting on our past year is a great way to start, look back to what you did this past year and celebrate what you have accomplished! I find having a weekly planner/agenda to keep me on top of my tasks and goals is another great way to approach the new year. This helps me keep on track of important dates and keep track of my own personal goals.
