Always keep a bottle of water handy. Not only is it super hydrating, sipping on a bottle of water throughout the day seems to help. And yes, congratulations on your 2 days of sobriety!! Keep up the good work.

I'm on the same diet due to my drinking and abuse of my body reach out I'll help anyway I can step one learn to eat stuff that doesn't taste good create a meal plan according to the things u u can tolerate try to condense as many healthy calories as u can
And with no sugar be careful of potatoes they turn to suger
Sometimes the step back is part of the journey. Find seasonings and spices you like, they will become your best friend
